The National Honor Society unites those stu- dents who have demonstrated exceptional ability. Members are judged on their scholarship, leader- ship, service and character. Since only a small percentage of the student body are accepted into the society, it is a great honor. The simple candle- light ceremony of the induction completes the emphasis on these ideals. '
