Special Recognition Mr. Scott Lang Mr. Lang, the class of 1989 would like to thank you for all you ' ve done for us. You ' ve inspired us to learn by encouraging us to think for ourselves and to express our own ideas. Your unique teaching style has made English both interesting and fun. Most of all, we would like to thank you for being the wonderful, caring person that you are. We would also like to give our best wishes to you and your family in i your new home. Your caring ways and cheerful smile have brightened the worst of days. You have inspired us to give life our all and to never give up. We, the Class of ' 89, dedicate our yearbook to you, Mr. Kevin Kilfoyle. We are the luckiest class to ever enter Wakefield High because we were fortunate enough to have you for our class advisor and our friend. You have done so much for us over the past four years. By helping us realize our full potential, we were able to raise money through fundraisers and make our proms and other class activities unbelievably successful. There was never a dull moment when you were around. You have a special teaching quality that makes learning both fun and meaningful. Many turned to you for help, both private and educa- tional, and you were always there to lend a hand and help out in any way you possibly could. Your humorous anecdotes would always bring a smile to our faces and make every day seem a little bit brighter. No pres- sure, was your motto, and that is exactly how you handled difficult situations: slow, precise, and with knowing expertise. You managed to get us out of all the tough spots we ended up in. The Class of 1989 would like to thank you, Mr. Kilfoyle, for everything you have done to make our class so successful. To sum it all up, we would just like to say: Killer, you ' re the best. Special Recognition « Ms. Arlene Glenn We would like to thank you for being both a wonderful teacher and a special friend. You are always ready to lend a hand to anyone who needs it. The memories we have of you and the infamous Green Machine will remain with us long after we graduate. Your sense of humor and loving personality made our classes both educational and fun. Even those not fortunate enough to have you for a teacher were touched by your warm smile and friendly hello. You put up with so much, even though we did sometimes drive you banana wacky !
