Life After 1:55 What did the Class of '86 do after school? A good number of us kept busy with sports. Remember hang- ing out in the locker rooms or on the playing fields before practice: girls talking about classes and the day's events and the latest ro- mances, the guys likewise discuss- ing school or what was happening that weekend, blasting Bruce or ACXDC or Phil Collins . . . dreading sprints or laps or getting psyched for the game. Others had work-study with Mr. Di- Giammarino or an afternoon job at the supermarket or local conve- nience store. Some of us had Ora- cle or French Club or Latin Club or DECA and were selling raffle tick- ets, planning car washes and were getting ready for the trip to Spain or France or Greece. We also met in front of the school, catching rides or running for the bus lsometimes not making itl.
