Then he moved to Ad- min after LTJ G Anderson came back from the leave he took in order to get married. However, he spent only three months in Admin when LTJG Anderson became ill, and he once again had to assume duties as DCA. As DCA, he worked to upgrade many DC systems, especially those found to be deficient by the PEB in- THE DREADED POAM - The DC POAM was LT Wain's working document for the OPPE re-exam in December. CALL ROTO-ROOTER - LT Wain re- spectors. He stayed on as DCA when LTJG Anderson was not able to re- turn, and he helped lead WAIN- WRIGHT to her successful OPPE in December. CWO2 Fischman as- sumed duties as the Admin officer. HE'S THE ADMIN OFFICER - LT Wain started the cruise as DCA, then moved to Nav!Admin, but ended as DCA. NO, HE'S THE DCA - LT Wain works at his desk.
