This year the School Court headed by Judge Esther Shimizu followed anew policy. Violators were sent to the principal who decided the sentences. The court is composed of a judge and jury, a clerk, two assistant clerks, a prosecuting attorney an assistant prosecuting attorney, and four defense attorneys, one from each class. ,Q-4'f5 Q?
