School Play Huge Success In the two nights of “Calamity Jane’s” successful run, over 800 people came to view this colorful musical presented by VVahoo High’s drama department. Leann Torrens and Eric Johnson played the two lead characters, Calamity Jane and Wild Bill Hickock, respectively. “These two did an outstanding job of acting and singing the show into the hit it was,” commented Mr. Arp, head of the chorus production for the play. Twenty-nine students combined for the parts of the cast and chorus in this years school play. Many students were involved in the long hours of set making.
