Ray Amey Don Barsell Diann Bergman Juniors Prepare Connie Beyer Charles Bohaty Dean Boyles The Junior float theme suited them well, as they took fourth place. The Class of ’71 were kept busy throughout the year raising money for the Junior-Senior Banquet. Numerous sock hops were held during their sophomore and Junior years. To raise money, the juniors had a bake sale and sold Christmas cards and placemats displaying familiar Nebraska scenes. Cathedral and poinsettia candles and boxes of various kinds of candy were sold. Wahoo Warrior pennant charms were sold in the spring of the year. Juniors received their class rings on September 3.
