These courses prepare students for college work as well as develop their practical ability through laboratory work. Dissecting frogs, preparing hydrogen, proving Newton's law, and learning the principles of electrical conduction are only a few of the things learned in these courses. DIO WGRK HOP WSKS, Wabash High School Radio Station, is operated entirely by the students, who receive a half-credit for their work. These radio station operators have practical experiences in all phases of radio engineering and production, not to mention the speaking poise they may attain. Educational broadcasts to the elementary schools, adult programs, popular music on Saturday afternoons, and the broadcast of all football and basketball games compose WSKS's program schedule. 1 X1
