The 197 7 school year started with a bang! Under the leadership of Mike McFarlane the seniors competed in the spirit week competi- tion, where they received a plaque for having the most spirit. When 60 seniors graduated at semester it left 575 to finish the rest of the school year, the senior spirit didn't seem as strong as before. For those who remained, there were many things left to do. Many had to decide which college, if any, they were going to attend, they had to send out their graduation announcements, they were measured for their robes, and they made their plans for their final high school dance. We all look forward to our senior year and when it comes it seems to last so long - until the end. Then the time we spent with our friends and our memories were too short.
