It was not so warm-but we were freshmen just entering Vernonia High School, thirty-three of us, in fact. We were initiated in due form, given a party, and then we had to settle down to a year's work. Our class ad- visor was Mr. Wilkerson. This year we had six honor pupils. Next year we became sophomores, and it was our duty to show the Frosh who was boss. The year soon passed, and we left school with a good record. Our class advisor was Miss Mirabel Goodin. Juniors--now we have to get in and dig a little. We all worked hard and gave the teachers very little trouble. This year we put on a play, Sally Lunn. The Junior Prom was a great success, surpassing all previous proms, and we believe, all proms to come. Our class advisor was Thomas Graham. As seniors we were models for the under class-men. This year we were represented in all branches of athletics, debates, offices and plays. Our play Step on It, Stan was a great success. It is now that we have to look forward to something great, and we have but the happy remembrances of the past of V. H. S. to look back upon. Our class ad- visor is Mr. Austin. Page Fourteen
