MARCUS MULKEY Director The Valley High Glee Club for the 58-59 schoolyear began its yearly programs with the traditional Christ- mas program for the P. T. A. on Tuesday, December 9. The next event in the busy schedule was the Christ- mas Cantata presented at the First Methodist Church in Fairfax. Because of the popularity of this yearly program it was necessary to have two performances. On December 19 the student body was put into a festive spirit as the Glee Club sang the old and famil- iar Christmas carols heralding the coming holidays. As the Glee Club performed for various civic clubs in the Valley during the course of the school year, at- tention Was focused on our school activities so that all could see the splendid Work being done in our fine schools. The Spring Concert will bring the year's work to a climax as the C-lee Club will put forth much effort to make it the very best possible.
