DEDICATIO MR. STILWELL One of the best friends of Valley High students and education in West Des Moines is E,H, Stilwell, a member of the Board of Education for fourteen years, much of that time as Board Chairman. He is an able presiding officer as evidenced by the fact that during those years he has also served as president of the Chamber of Commerce, the Lions Club, and the official board of the Methodist Church. Mr. Stilwell was also honored several years ago when he was named the winner of the Community Award, presented by the Chamber of Commerce. To Mr. Stilwell, who has given fourteen years of untiring service to the progress of education in West Des Moines, the 1960 Tiger Tales is affectionately dedicated. 4 Tiaras
