Stallings MAIDS Mary Wells, Elizabeth Wiggins CUSTODIAN Mr. Elgie Kirk Though much time was spent by the Cafeteria Staff in planning menus and preparing lunches, there were always beautiful arrangements and attrac¬ tive bulletin boards in the lunchroom. The Maintenance Staff worked untiringly to keep the buildings and grounds clean and neat.

Thus they shot unexpected candids and covered athletic contests, major events, and daily activities of stu¬ dents, faculty, and administration. Emphasizing simplicity and striv¬ ing for excellence, the staff grad¬ ually blended copy sheets, layout pages, and pictures to form the 1968 edition of The Shield.
