l if , f ,pf ' ,,' , f I , ' ' 'Im -' L s - il'-.1iif'4ifQ.g-'A I i c q ' :-5'1-3' T di' 1 ge. ew jf. - Editorial lt has been the custom for many years for the graduating class of the high school to present to the public something to show that each student of the class has successfully reached the highest goal set up to them in the high school. This proof has always been a high school annual. ln accordance with this custom the Senior Class of '25 publish this book. lt has been the aim of the staff to make this Annual a true reflection of high school life, and the staff hopes this hook will set forth to the public the achievements of each individual gradu- ate as well as show the different phases of high school life. There are three main reasons for this publi- cation. That it may be of great benefit and in- terest to the Seniors, to the alumni, and to fu- ture classes. The Staff hopes that through the perusal of this book each Senior may at some time he able to recall the things which they ac- complished in school, and may remember the happy days spent there, and the sacred friend- ships made. lf this hook is able to bring back to the mind of a Senior, some event or the mem- ory of a good friend or is able to take a person back in spirit to old ll. S. H. S. among his old friends and teachers, we feel that it has not been a failure, but a success. ln this respect time only is a judge. We feel that it is not so much the praises or criticisms offered at the present that show its true merit as it is that at some time it may make the graduates of l925 realize the value, the sweetness, and the joys of high school life. Second: VVe hope that this book may be of value to the future classes of the high school. That they may see what things we have accom- plished, and what things we have just begun and left for them to finishg that they may see our mistakes and profit by them. Third We hope that this book shall be of in- terest to the alumni and the public in generalg that they may recall their own school days and may also see those things, which they left for us to finish, completed. At the present we feel much pleasure in plac- ing The lndian Village Annual before the pub- lic, for we think that these three purposes shall he accomplished in time because of the hearty co-operation and the hard work of each member of the class of '25. -The Editor. zsfui-ifmiqmf f ' .. dflfffl Wag 9 C K' si' 'ED 'J-I .gave Cmlxik-Ig if me ,-
