l wish, l wish, I wish May 9-the day of our Prom! The Juniors had been working for months to make our dance a success, and now we were finally going to enioy their efforts. The decorations were beautiful and carried out the theme of an old Southern Plantation. Everything was perfect - from the southern mansion to the bubbling brook. Ray Carr was there to entertain us with his music and orchestra. And, we must say, they were wonderful. Each Senior girl got a Prom Key which she will be wearing for years, and every one of us received many wonderful memories which we will have with us all of our lives. And the band played on. QM . 1 X ffl! ' i Before we knew it, the orchestra was playing Good Night, Sweetheart and we were off to the Post Prom Party at Oak Terrace Country Club. i

THE FUN HAD JUST BEGUN . . . Some needed a rest! i i The Prom was a big success! The decorations were beautifulg the music was greatg the dance floor was crowded. The dance was over at rnicl- night but the fun had just begun. The Seniors had a whole exciting night of enjoyment ahead of them. Our parents threw a Post Prorn Party for us at the Oak. We're tired but We're not silly? Rockin' and Roilin' , . . In the swing of things . . .
