Classes have begun-two new English teachers, Miss Rea and Mr. Johnson. First football game-Westerville Qtherej. VVe won 26-0. The new girls aren't so bad,', says Chuck. More classes-the freshmen are beginning to wonder who invented this Yes Mami' and 'fYes Sir stuff. By the way I wonder who's boss, Mr. Johnson or us? Groveport game-VVe won 31-O. Everyone got to play. Tony Aquilla paid us a visit today. October London game-We won 53-6. Who's afraid of the big black fullback? Say, wouldn't gold footballs look nice, boys for should I say girlsj? Lover's Lane is the new name which has been affectionately attached to the front hall. Wonder who got clumsy and broke his ankle? Nice going! Our backfield rated the Dispatch. Wonder what boy was locked out of his locker and couldnit prepare for one tough history test? CTo bad D. PJ Gahanna game Cherej. Victors again-33-6. Didn't Graf get the gang going? The football boys have organized a K'Booster Club . I guess the gals can't yell loud enough for 'em. Grove City game fherej. Another score on our side, 79-0. Boys! What did they do to Seidel's eyes? My didn't Mr. Jackson look nice today in his new brown suit! Hi-Y Hallowe'en Carnival at school and a good time was had by all. November Worthington game ftherej. Don't ask who won-who always wins? Score- 53-13. Yea, Arlington! Arlington football team again smeared all over the sport page! Grandview game fherej. And that long-hoped for victory was a reality! Amid the cheers of hundreds of spectators the Golden Bears romped to a score of 25 while their opponents came out with exactly 0. And say, how did you like that gorgeous little blond-you know, the homecoming queen? Cute, wasn't she? What's wrong? No Donna--no Frank? I wonder-did Mr. Jones clear the hall, I mean Lover's lane? Bexley game ftherej. The final game of the season and was it a grand finale! That score, 25-O meant one big thing to the boys-an undefeated season and with that, those dangling, glittering, pieces of gold molded into a football which come to only perfect football teams. Basketball practice has started. Mr. I-Ieischman, do your stuff! We're all about crazy working for Krazy Kapers and can our boys dance! December First basketball game-Worthington Cherej and the score was 46-o in Arlington's favor. Football Banquet-Bill Weigel's Orchestra. The banquet was top-notch but we're wondering just how long the boys will keep their footballs. fConfinuvd ow page 102D
