Here at 1 1 :00 and at 2:30 hopeful souls come to wait for Miss Leeper to put up the mail or to sell them a stamp, a book, a map of the United States, or what have you— then on to the red-and-blue-leather furnished tea-room to enjoy a bit of gossip and a snack.
