At the third annual dinner held in December, 1888, it was voted that the an- nual membership fee shall be five dollars, the payment of which entitles the member to a ticket to the annual dinner. All graduates and non-graduates of the institution are eligible to membership; the club is the only organization out of Massachusetts, of past students and graduates of the M. A. C. All wisliing to join will please forward the fee, their names and addresses to the Secretary- Treasurer, Mr. A. W. Lublin, No. 66 Beaver Street, New York.
