OUSE The College held its annual Open House on Friday, December 12, 1969. Doors opened at 7 p. m. and guests had a chance to meet the staff and familiarize themselves with the college before the official program in the auditorium at 8 p. m. Not only were many impressed With the college and its facilities, but all enjoyed the tasteful, prize Winning door displays. Once in the auditorium, the capacity crowd of over five hundred was greeted by Student Council President, Barry Elliott and by Mr. Devereux. Our principal spent a few minutes express- ing a hearty Welcome and then turned things over to the College Choir. Under the able direction of Mr. Stadder the choir performed several seasonal renditions and then culminated with the performance of Handel's Hallelujah Chorus. The audience Wasted no time in showing its appreciation. To com- plete the program, the drama club staged an outstanding display of talent. Both the humorous lines and the fine acting ability brought hearty responses from the audience. When the evening's entertainment was complete, there was no doubt in any- one's mind that the Open House had been a tremendous success. Guests retired to the cafeteria for refresh- ments or continued to stroll and admire the rest of the College.
