The staff also produces the beauty revue each year. In this yearbook we have tried to show the true spirit of Livingston University. We have shown a growing university in area, educational opportunities, and student number. We wish to thank the faculty, student body, and staff for their cooperation in preparing the 1969 Paragon. STUDENT GOVERNMENT ASSOCIATION OFFICERS: Eddie Gentry, Treasurer; Mitch Gavin, President; Dean Homer, Advisor; Doris Thompson, Secretary. Not Pictured: Judy Burke, Vice-President. The Student Government Association is composed of regularly enrolled students. The purpose of the S.G.A. is to serve the students and promote coop- eration between the students and the faculty and administration. The S.G.A. officers and senators are elected during the spring quarter for one-year terms. The eTections are held in accordance with the rules of the S.G.A. constitution. A special election is held in the fall quarter to select the four freshmen senators.
