I ; i Medsman and victims Bruiser and Sandy ... it was decided that Skule Nite would be revived for the centennial year ... for perhaps the very last time. Skule Nite 7T3 program But no. Skule Nite 7T3 immediately be- gat Skule Nite 7T4, and with a whole year to put this epic together, it turned out even better than the first epic. And that brings us to the best news of all - it looks as if the Skule Nite tradition is back to stay. The main commodity contributing to the success of Skule Nite was the enthusiasm and spirit of the en- tire motley crew. As usual, theatrical Rule No. 1 was obeyed (i.e. half the props shall be built in the last week) And while the stage crew hammered in the bowels of Sanford Fleming, the actors were in Cody Hall applying Rule No. n (i.e. reherse each scene until you ' ve lost track of where the jokes are.) At the same time, the producer ran back and forth between the two buildings, pulling his hair out, and counting dead piano players. And somehow, all these diverse activities melted together on February 13, l t, 15. and 16 to produce a truly great show. Even the cast thought it was great when they saw the instant replay. The greatest thanks should go to ' de boss Rick Fletcher who perfected the art of surviving one crisis after another without being packed off to the Clarke In- stitute. Thanks are also extended to Sheryl Prowse (director) and Sylvia Gibb (assistant screamer) and to Torben Frost for letting the cast play with his train and other neat stuff. The task of producing Skule Nite 7T4 required a tremendous effort from the en- tire gang of idiots, but the applause at the final curtain call made it all worth- while. We ' ll see you again next year!
