A 10 minute walk across cam- pus was a 10 minute lesson in a century of architecture. Several buildings of the 120-year-old Little Campus fell prey to a wrecking ball, while new concrete giants, the Special Events Center and the Perry-Castaneda Library, loomed in the background.
