International Relations Never in the history of the world has there been a more desperate need for understanding between nations. The Uni- versity of International Relations under the leadership of Dr. Rufus B. von KleinSmid offers studies to students, not only of the United States, but of many nations, with sincere hopes of giving to the world men who are equipped to promote friendship and understanding. The University was organized in 1924 and has been closely affiliated with the University of Southern California.
