WILLARD HALL Page I5 DAN PROCTER B.A., Ed.M., Ed.D. President of the College me !Q'e:5iJenf L meddage The faculty and students join me in ex- pressing heartfelt thanks to the editor, her staff, the junior class, and to everyone who had a part in producing this year's ARGUS-. lt represents untold hours of effort, yet its quality and beauty should bring joy and com- fort to all who worked so faithfully and dili- gently. Successive editions of the ARGUS show the historical growth of the physical plant of the College for the past thirty-three years. The first ARGLIS 119171 pictured life on the cam- pus in two buildings, the Administration Building and Nellie Sparks Hall. This year's ARGUS depicts scenes in or around sixteen permanent structures and eight frame build- ings, representing an investment of more than two and a half million dollars. Thus we are indebted to the ARGUS for recording in pic- tures the continued expansion of the Okla- homa College for Women. DAN PROCTER President At OCW the students enjoy informal associations with faculty members which range from the freedom of the President's office to parties and gatherings in their professors' homes.
