What sets Uni apart from other high schools is the fact that the 1500 students come together to celebrate a sacrament, the Sacrament of the Eucharist. Masses at Uni are very'special celebrations which unite the student body in thier common belief. Singing together, pray- ing together, and celebrating together creates a bond that adds a unique dimension to high school life. A folk group led the Uni congregatin in song, supplying a fur- ther source of inspiration. Guest celebrants from various parishes in the diocese and visits from Bishop Maher provided an occa- sional change, but ordinarily Uni's own priests con-celebrated the Masses. The atmosphere created at these gatherings of the student body was one of the power of the Holy Spirit - 1300 strong. 18 Spiritual Life

Pastors from neighboring parishes joined Bishop Maher in con-celebrating the Christmas Mass. 6. Father Tassi distributes the Eucharist at the first Mass of a new school year. 7.
