Construction began in April 1987, and these apart- ments were completed for the students' arrival in Au- FCOITT decision was made to gradually phase out the Mods,' and this fall, the demolition of these units required a housing alternative. Because the existing apartments had been such a popular lifestyle option with students, and also because gust '87.
