This gentleman was first a resident of the state of Wisconsin March 21, 1871. Traces his ancestry to the Pilgrim fathers, and prides himself in being blooded English. Claims relationship to Darby Carr. Prepared at Eastmans, N. Y., and Western Normal College. Degrees B.S. and M.A. Principal of public schools and county superintendent of schools. .
