Where am I going? What is my purpose? Is college supposed to be four years of social life? What is a college education?” We all know that college is supposed to be our preparation for the world outside. Campus social life should help to make us well-rounded citizens—but why? Dedication MISS GEORGIA MATHEWS Miss Georgia Mathews, Dean of Women at Western Montana College for many years, ended a long and dedicated career with her retirement this year. As Dean of Women, Miss Mathews gave generously of her time and effort to provide a home away-from-homc for the women of the Residence Hall. Students and alumni will always remember Miss Mathews for her interest and helpful advice during their college years.
