Following the resignation of Dr. Earl McGrath as Chancellor, the university was for- tunate in having on its staff the highly capable Dr. Richard.Drake, who was promptly named acting chancellor. Dr. Drake, as expected, has efficiently led the university through the year. STATION With the beginning of broadcasts of station KCUR-FM, the university radio station, a new era in radio and speech work has been opened up. The station plans to air good music, news and a wide variety of educational programs. Its usefulness to the university as a whole can not be overstated.
