The Y.M.C.A. was organized on the Ole Miss campus in 1868 in order to encourage wholesome Christian living. The Women ' s organization, the Y.W.C.A., was formed here in 1899. The Reverend Wiley H. A belief in national preparedness is the chief qualifica- tion for membership.
