Charles Taylor Army The UH Army ROTC unit, under the command of Colonel Paul Clark, Jr., PMS T, and an excellent corps of instructors, boasted an enrollment of 593 cadets during the past year. The Army ROTC ' s mission is to prepare the students to discharge their civic duties with intelligence and to qualify them in leadership. Led by Cadet Colonel Lawrence Takahashi, the upper- classmen handled the leadership duties of the regiment. The regiment consisted of two mfantry battalions and one artillery battalion which performed commendably in numerous regi- mental reviews after long hours of drill practice. Col.
