Built on the les- sons ol the past, it was an attempt to reach a better understand- ing through communication. 1603 evaluation forms were returned from 152 classesg comparisons were madeg means were compiled and feedback was given. Yet, more important than all this data, was the dialogue that the evaluation created. Between many ot us, opinions were shared, criticism was voiced and tear was reduced, It has been our way of saying to students of the past that we believed in what you tried to do and it is our challenge to those students ol the future to improve on what we have done. ff. r.. : I'y"'fn -.uf it 4:--.. t--fwlli.?QLEi,:giii:tt..t Evaluation form Bill Taylor, APC Commissioner Sfudenfs . . we need to avoid in evaluation this drastic sense of hierarchy. l try to avoid this when l teach. l'm asking for eval- uation from my students as much as they are asking for eval- uation from me. . . . This years new additions included weekly feature articles by Bill Taylor, Anita Wilson, Carrie Hegland, and Theresa DiNevi. Though many members of the student body felt that the views of the IMPACT were a bit radical at times, it was generally agreed that a new dimension had been achieved in campus commu- nications through the efforts of this dedicated staff.
