INFORMATION! MAKING A LOAN- SOLVING A PROBLEM the rooms of magic AN ASTOUNDING AMOUNT of problems are solved within the walls of the Deans of Student Affairs, Men ' s and Women ' s offices. Each day literally hundreds of students enter the doors of rooms 123-134 for a multitude of rea- sons and all are met with the same understanding and help. Continuous activities of deans, secretaries and stu- dents formulate such a complexity of action that only a veteran student or administrator could understand when and how anything is accomplished but it is. Questions, problems, misunderstandings, rewards and punishments all a part of the every-day life of the men and women who occupy the offices of this section of Tigert Hall. In continuous contact with the student body and its leaders, these are truly the rooms of magic. SITTING. WAITING. AND HOPING CROWDS 21
