New business continually opens in Florida ... some appeal to tourists, others to residents... the roadside stands on the major highways attract many tourists to buy their orange juice and souvenirs ... a major railroad com- pany chooses Florida for its new headquarters ... com- panies begin a move to Florida to enjoy the climatic busi- ness conditions ... and agriculturists work year-round to improve the state ' s crops. higher education... As THE STATE GROWS, so must higher education grow ... citi- zens of Florida must be educated in the best possible manner ... and the children of the present citizens must be assured of education in the future.
