GOVERNOR HOLLAND The halfvvay mark has been sighted and successfully passed by Governor Holland, Florida graduate and past president of the Alumni Association, in his unequaled service as chief executive of the state, Well into his third year as number one inhabitant of the Governor's mansion in Tallahassee, Holland is continuing his established policy of faithfulness to the state university and his alma mater. Since the time he walked from the law building with the letters LLB outstanding, through his sessions as a young lawyer in Bartow, his arguments on the floor of the Senate, and to the present while he hands dovvn the official documents of state government, Governor Holland has never forgotten the University that once served him so well. We then who follow doff our hats and salute a truly great Governor and take the greatest pride in calling him a Florida man.
