At present it occupies tin- Engineering building, including the large wing used for shop work; and the new Engineer ing laboratory building, just completed. The latter will be used for the first time in the I927-2R term. The college affords the best technological training in four-year courses in chemical, civil, electrical ami mechanical engineering, leading t corresponding Bachelor's degrees in engineering. School of Akciiitkcti kk The courses offered in the School of Architecture are of four years duration leading to a Bachelor's degree. Hudolph Weaver, B.S.I.A.. is in charge as Director. The courses are designed to prepare graduates for those fields of endeavor in which utility is combined with beauty. Agronomy, horticulture, soil analysis, poultry and animal husbandry are but a few of the many courses offered here. This college sponsors the Hoys' (Hubs and gives short courses of a few week- duration to meet the needs of these hoys throughout the state. Each year there gather here many boys and young farmers from all parts of the -late to take part in these helpful instructions. In connection with the College of Agriculture is the Florida State Experiment Station and an exceedingly large farm in which there is shown practical demonstration of tin advantages id scientific farming. It strive also to develop in its students a keen insight into human affairs, human relationships and human problems. The college attempts to prepare its graduates for positions of importance in the educational world. It is the policy of the Teuehcrs College that the students shall know much about the subject the) expect to leach, hut it is npialU as important that they should he resourceful in leaching a class or skillful in managing a school or ys-tern of schools. W ith the recent great increase in the Health and population of the State of Florida and the strides forward in developing an educational system to meet the increased demand, teachers and instructors of the pro|H r training are necessary.
