Means, Saguache Mrs. Joseph Grigsby, Pueblo y ' i T HE Board of Regents of the University of Colorado is the - - governing body. It authorizes all the business, and has all the responsibility of the University. President Norlin is the ex-officio member, but he has no vote in the case of a tie. Frank H. Wolcott is the secretary to the Board. Meetings are held on the third Friday of each month. Members of the Board of Regents are elected every two years for a six-year term. Mr. I-Vank H. Means and Mrs. Jo seph Grigsby are the newly elected members. In contrast to most universities where the Board of Regents is api)()inted by the Governor, the members of this Board are elected by popular vote. lb
