Nearly every organization on the campus lined banquet tables during the fall at the slight¬ est pretence, and long rows of students and visi¬ tors heard and saw the artists brought here by the Student Affairs committee. Occasionally, on a week-end, sporting lads managed to get out to the creeks to wet a line in search of “fishfood, mama.” Receiving lines were as long and tedious as ever at the dances.
