ALPHA PHI OMEGA Established in 1949, Alpha Phi Omega ' s pur- poses are to develop friendship, leadership, and association among college men, and to promote service to the student body and fac- ulty, to youth and community, to members of the fraternity, and to the nation as participat- ing citizens. Its membership is sixty and is limited to men who have had a background in scouting, a 3.0 average for a semester and are active in campus activities. Members spon- sored an off-campus housing service and a local scout troop. WRANGLERS Wranglers, the women ' s counseling organiza- tion, strives to orient new women students to campus life. The honorary is composed of out- standing dorm counselors and other women chosen on the basis of scholarship, leadership, and service. The main activities of the organi- zation are assistance to incoming freshmen during Orientation Week and counseling in the women ' s dormitories, but members also assist in the Campus Blood Drive, High School Senior Day, Homecoming, and Women ' s Day.
