AIwa\s a persistent student with a firm desire for a far flung 4.0, Elif finally made the grade. Good music and dancing are alwavs foremost in his mind and man\- a spare moment has been spent listening to Tchaikovsky or Bee- thoven. With si.xteen crossings of the Atlantic already in his log, Elif leaves the Naval Academy to continue his traveling and to devote his efforts towards a successful career in the military service.
