Dedication The Class of 2009 dedicates our yearbook, Seas of Change, to Vice Admiral Joseph D. Stewart, loved members of the Kings Point family (if not the most), which does not change with his Marine Academy, Admiral Stewart had a very long and prestigious career in the United States After graduating from the United States Naval Academy, Joseph Stewart entered the Marine variety of command and staff positions. He commanded a tank company, a supply battalion, Naval Academy. As a mayor general, he served as Commander, Marine Corps Logistics Base Al- U.S. Marine Corps Headquarters in Washington, D.C. Shortly after retiring from the Marine Corps with two stars, Rear Admiral Joseph Stewart as the Superintendent, Admirad Stewart was able unite Midshipmen, Alumni, Faculty and Staff his jogs, dropping in for lunch with the Regiment, or as a teacher of College Math. Vice Admiral Joseph D. Stewart, USMS (Ret.) USMS (Ret.) For many, Admiral Stewart, affectionately called Joey D. , is one of the most retirement.
