UNITED STATES MERCHANT MARINE ACADEMY KINGS POINT, NEW YORK RECEIPT OF CONDITIONS OF CONDUCT PROBATION I, Midshipman Hughes Class of 1974 Company 4 have been duly informed by the Commandant of Midshipmen that my present conduct record has not been in conformance with the stan- dards of the United States Merchant Marine Academy. I have, as of this date, amassed 136 demerits during my First-. Class Year. I understand that as a result of my unsatisfactory conduct record, I have, as of this date, been placed on Conduct Probation until June 24. 1974 . I understand that I am required to maintain a satisfactory con- duct record as prescribed in Section Three of the United States Merchant Marine Academy Midshipmen Regulations during this period. Further, I realize that to do so I must conduct myself so as to comply explicitly with these Regulations. Should I fail to ful- fill these requirements, I understand that I shall be considered to have demonstrated a level of behavior inconsistent with the standards of the United States Merchant Marine Academy and that I will be subject to dismissal.
