First football game of the season with Chest-quehanna. Score, 13-6. Boo-hoo we lost. Just wait though. 20. Our J. V. boys played Homer City. Scored the same as Homer City’s Junior Varsity, didn't they? 0-0. Scored did I say? 23. Played Commodore today — and the score, 0-0. 27. Our J. V. players were defeated by the Blairs-ville Junior Varsity by the score of 20-6. 28. Freshman and Sophomore Party. Nice crowd and oh! what fun. 29. Seniors held a Bake Sale at Armagh. Hum-m good. 30. Varsity tied Homer City, 19-19. Seniors held Bake Sale at Charles's. Busy day wasn't it? OCTOBER 6. Lions” defeated by Sewickley Township. 39-0. Jeepers! 7. Hill's Men beat South Fork, 24-0. Three Cheers! 11. J. V.'s scored seven points to Homer City's 33 points. 13- Freshman Skating Party at Skateland. Col- lected a nice crowd. 14. Lions defeated Clymer, 18-7. Nice going. Varsity. 16. End o; first Six Weeks Period. 18. A square dance — by whom? Seniors, of course! 19-20. No school for two days — Teachers' Institute. Teachers turn this time. 21. Varsity defeated New Florence, 19-6, on their own field. Great day for the Blue and White. Wondering why New Florence didn't like the score? 23. Why does everyone look so worried? That's right — first report cards due. 28. Walloped Hcilwood in the rain with the score of 19-0. You just can't keep the Lions' down. NOVEMBER 1. Why so gloomy girls? Oh, the boys went hunting! Why are there hunting seasons? 2. Cover was down and took the juniors pictures today. My how nice everyone looked. 4. Played Saltsburg today.
