AGRICULTURE sa eva eva .Q VOCATIONAL AGRICULTURE The year 1940 has marked a memorable milestone in the progress of our high school, for, during this year, vocational was first installed as a full time course. Offering manual as well as mental instruction, the course listed such subjects as poultry husbandry, vegetable and ornamental gardening, farm mechanics, farm management and accounts, animal husbandry and fruit production. This year some sixty-five pupils have been successfully in- structed in the art of agriculture by Mr. Woodrow Schrock. This is valuable in eliminating undesirable functions and avoiding con- flicts. .
