CLOSING COMMENTS At the beginning of the school year we joined forces as co-edi- tors. We realized we would all have to put in a lot of hard work to make a quality yearbook. and we did as you can see. On the photo front - a very special thanks to Mark Leyen- decker and George Martinez. They both made the best photos the LONGHORN staff has ever had. During the entire year the Lar- edo Times helped us in obtaining photos. Whenever we were in a jam the Times was willing to help - Thanks Salo Otero. At Taylor Publishing - Mr. Jess Allison always provided us with important information. We also want to thank George Ryan from Border Aviation who 192 - Edifor's Note made the aerial photo of Krueger Field possible. To those we couldn't have done without - Letty Cardenas who typed up most of the annual. and Martha Vasquez who was always there when we needed her. And to the many others whose names are not mentioned but worked very hard.
