But we wish you to believe that we are not insensible to all that you have done for us. You have been interested in us personally, and your kindness and patience have made our lives very pleasant and our tasks less difficult. We shall look back to these years as the most enjoyable and interesting of our lives, and to you as a sin- cere friend, one whom We will ever hold as an example of ideal womanhood. We shall be happy if, when you look upon this in future years, you will think kindly of your pupils at Union City Area High School. SENIOR CLASS ADVISERS Miss Clara Durbin, Mr. Glenn McKinney, Mr. William Rohde, Mr. Paul Mclnerney. The Senior Class wishes to thank our advisers for the deeply appreciated guid- ance and supervision which they extended to us during our senior year. Our big project for the year was our dance, "Beauty Unadorned," which was very successful. We had the dance after the first basketball game which was also a great success. During the year we provided the candy for the faculty room. At the Nickel Carnival which was held May 12th, the F.T.A. had the refreshment stand. We sent a representative to the Erie County Educational Association Annual Spring Banquet. Our club had a Formal Initiation which was held at the Ritz Restaurant. The speaker for the evening was Dr. Van Laningham who is in charge of the Student Teacher Training at Edinboro State College. NEWSPAPER STAFF FIRST ROW: D. Wright, M. Goodwin, S. Brest, A.
