Glafu Wd! 1951 We, the class of '51 of Union City High School, having attained to the highest de- gree of cranial development, being of solid body and sound mind, but of weakened constitution, having completed a course of heartbreaking monstrosities, influenced by the thought of no more home work, do deviate from our regular study-hall naps to an- nounce this our first, last, and soon-to-be-forgotten will and testament. To our Faculty Advisors, Miss Inman and Mrs. Baldwin, we express our sin- cere gratitude for their splendid supervision and enduring patience throughout our four exciting years of high school. Glam P Who's Who in '71 Have you seen the super duper pig farm out on lt. D. 2? lt is run by llubert Blystone and his hired man, Robert Kuezaj. ' Also located on Route 2 is a grara,frc called HIilll1ll1j S Kar Karef' Ennnett tears the cars apart while one of his best mechanics, June Ilrown, tries to put them back together. Dolores Beezub and Barbara Gregrory are now missionaries. Their latest assignment is converting the natives of South Africa. Donald Taylor is our new INCH truant ol'l'ieer. l-le enjoys punishing' the kids for his own mistakes. Cecil Miller now has his own hillbilly band called the Miller Moon- shiners. Doris Rhodes and Beverly XN'eilaclier run the fanious lionely llearts Club in New York City. Their best customer is no other than .lim Pratt. - tllaude Lupton is the owner oi' a new store in town. He calls it 'lliupto11's Ladies' Lingerie. His latest model is lflsther Williams. Mrs. Clair 1ICXVllll2'l1l1S Cformer Janet Mageel has just finished her long awaited basketball team, She is now the mother of five boys. Martin Tarbell is the new owner of the Tinies-Enterprise. lcle has Ronald Miller employed as his copy boy. Rose Shade and Jean Chapin are instructors of nurses at the John Hop- kins Hospital. They are working' under the supervision of Paul Harrison, the best doctor and surgeon in the state. A surprise wedding took place on June 4th, when Lewis Hellyer of Helly- eris Hardware Store took l1is private secretary. Fonnie Kowalski, as his bride, HO Promise Me and other well known selections were sung by Jimmy Cosilla. He. caused quite a disturbance when he forgot the words to one of the songs and started singing Show Ile the NYay to Go Homefi Ernest Anderson and Neylon Barthohue are now on their way to Alaska to sell refrigerators. Dorothy Middleton has taken the place of our former librarian, Miss Monroe, and Ted l.eSuer has volunteered to be her assistant. 1263
