Class Will 3.9! We, the Graduating Class of 1943, do hereby solemnly will these- our personal characteristics-to the advancing students of Union City High School. We know that our bequeathments will be in good hands and our only hope is that the persons acquiring these characteristics will use them to their best ability. Catherine Balas leaves her Typing and Shorthand ability to anyone who needs it. Iris Barnes leaves her beautiful black wavy hair to Lillian Alcorn. James Bengel donates his ability for slaying the women to Earl Barton. Orpha Bennett gives her baby-blue eyes to Jeannette Main. Gary Blok hands over his football suit to Steve Donche. Elmer Blystone adds his football abilities to that of John Cadwallader. Ann Boychek leaves her shortness to Betty Smith. Helen Boyaczko leaves her confusing name to June Jones. Carol Brown, our Home Ec. girl, unselfishly gives her cooking and sewing abilities to Eloise Johnson. Marilyn Burger leaves her basketball ability to Pug Harris. Margaret Buterbaugh assigns her pretty brown eyes to Rose Prather. Edward Caflisch wills his studiousness to Margaret Davis. Lois Campell gladly leaves her freckles to her brother. She thinks that he needs more. Neil Clark joyously gives Joe Inman his wonderful technique of ? ? ? Keith Combs leaves his job as Football Manager to Allen Congdon. Robert Conway gives to Bill Bishop his blond curly hair. Doris Dorman's technique of keeping the boys guessing is bestowed upon Faniel Hare.
