Left to right Gertrude Gabriel June Allman Jean Stenger O UNE ALLMAN head cheerleader started her cheerleading career in her J Sophomore year and did a bang up J b She was chosen head cheerlead er the beginning of her Junior year She proved herself worthy by win ning the Best Girl Cheerleading medal du ing the annual sectional basketball tournament at the Carmichael Auditorium This IS her last year at Unidis and she is doing her best to bring more gl rv to the school this year We will miss June s work next year Although she has two very capable assistants Jean Sten ger and Gertrude Gabriel to take her place Gerty started on her Sophomore year and did a splendid Job attending all the games possible She was also chos en as cheerleader her Junior year this year she has worked harder than ever to support the teams. As well as the other cheerleaders she has given nuch of her time as well as money for several new cheerleading uniiorms to give a better performance and help pepcle form a better impression of Unidis. Jean like Gert and June started cheerleading her Sophomore year, and has done a splendid job of it both her Sophomore and Junior years and the schcol is very proud of her. .lean has worked very hard to help establish a good name for Unidis and has also helped by bringing forth new yells and cooperating closely with the teams. The teams would like to express their gratitude to all the cheerleaders for the boosting they have given them this year and previous years.
