NORTHRUP Tustin's Hi-Y chapter had a very successful year. One of the main events was a Father and Son Banquet. At the end of A the school year they were host to the Santa Ana Chapters at a t barbeque and swim. The final meeting was held at the beach. Our club also took part in a Hi-Y basketball league.

Without any point system or voting, each girl has an opportunity to become a member of an important school group. The two outstanding events of the year, towards Which every girl eagerly looks, are the Big-Little Sister Banquet and the Mother-Daughter Party. The Big- Little Sister Banquet is an affair Where upperclass girls claim c1 new girl as a ulittle sister. The Mother-Daughter Party is our way of acquainting the mothers and daughters of our community With each other.

ART HAUSAUER FUTURE FARMERS OF AMERICA The Tustin Chapter of the Future Farmers of America has reached its fourth year as an agricultural organization for . boys. Two of their varied activities have been the maintenance 1, g and repair of the community cannery and the raising of garden vegetables for school consumption. The annual event of Future Farmer sponsorship was the Barn Dance. This year the queen was Edna Rowenhorst, and all in all this event was very successful.
